1. About Us

Arrain Express is an online store based in Lahore, Pakistan, specializing in high-quality vegetable seeds, flower seeds, gardening tools, pest & termite control products, fertilizers, peat moss, sprayers, and other gardening essentials. We aim to help home gardeners, balcony growers, and small farmers across Pakistan grow successfully.

2. Use of the Website

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and place orders.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an order.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

3. Products and Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We will notify you if any item is out of stock.
Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable sales tax where required. Prices may change without prior notice.
We make every effort to display accurate product images, descriptions, and germination information. However, slight variations in seeds, packaging, or color may occur.
Special Note on Seeds: Seeds are living products. Germination rates depend on soil, weather, watering, and planting conditions. We provide general guidance only and do not guarantee specific results.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by us.
We accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, credit/debit cards, and other available methods.
Payment must be completed (or COD accepted) before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through reliable courier partners.
Delivery times are estimates only (usually 2–7 working days depending on location). Delays due to weather, strikes, or courier issues are not under our control.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary by weight, volume, and destination.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is handed over to the courier.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the nature of seeds and living/growing products, all sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
For non-seed items (tools, sprayers, fertilizers, etc.): Returns or replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
For seeds: If more than 50% of a batch fails to germinate under proper conditions (with proof such as photos and purchase invoice), we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is proven defective due to our error.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method or bank transfer.

7. Warranties and Limitations

We warrant that products are as described at the time of sale.
No other warranties (express or implied) are given, especially regarding germination success, plant growth, or suitability for specific conditions.
We are not liable for any loss of crops, income, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our products.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arrain Express shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (images, text, logos, product descriptions) is the property of Arrain Express or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our site, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described there.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
Submit false or misleading information.
